Die for Me is the first book in the series by Amy Plum . 
This Story of love , friendship and death is set in Paris . 

The  heroine  in  this story is  Kate. Her and her sister move to Pairs after the tragic death of their parents. Through out the Die for Me you see both Kate and her sister deal with their loss in two very different was. Georgie Kates sister deals by parting .  For Kate the pain is to much and  she seems to function in a grief-stricken haze, spending time reading books in cafes.  

Like any great story the hero Vincent. A mysterious and handsome guy who pulls kate out of her haze and helps her to live again .  But Vincent is hiding his own secret. 

Vincent is a Revenant

 An old war that has been brewing between the Revenants and their arch enemies will places Kate and her sister’s life in danger. 

The ending to the story was simple and maybe a little predictable, however i look forward to seeing how the story will continue in Until i die.
