I have just discovered that someone hacked my blog :( they have deleted all the post I had written to go out plus they had tampered with ones I had already posted . So I have just fixed the existing post up bit now I will have to go through and rewrite all the ones that were deleted. So I applogise now for the lack of posts at the moment.
But I will try and have new post soon
