One thing is certain: an epic battle is underway—and when it’s complete, nothing will ever be the same.
Review
Let me start by saying I love Amanda Hocking Trylle series, which first introduced us to the world of Trylle and I love the Karin series. Crystal Kingdom is the final book in the Kairn series and it doesnt disappoint.
Crystal Kingdom picks up where Ice kissed ended. Everything and everyone in Bryn life is at risk, as the world she knows falls apart. With no choice she is on the run, and has done her best to stay off the radar. But that hasn't stopped Konstantin from found her. He claims to be on her side, to want to aid in her quest against evil, but can she trust him?
Being the final book in the series you would hope for action and adventure was at it’s highest. Crystal Kingdom delivers. We get to vist a few troll community. There is also a few twist and turns that will leave you enthralled to the very end.
When it comes to supporting characters we have some pretty amazing supporting roles. First we have the beautiful letters from Ember, which keeps us up to date with what is happening at home while Bryn's on the run. The romance between Ridley and Bryn, though with Konstantin you can see the potential for a love triangle. Konstantin seems to have more of the over protective older brother vibe going on.
Overall i really loved this series and Crystal Kingdom is agreat end to the series but I also felt that perhaps the door was left open a small crack for another book .
If you haven't picked up this series or added it to your to read pile today.
